UEFA will announce their verdict next week over allegations that Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli was racially abused by Porto fans.

The striker was allegedly subjected to monkey chants during the first leg of his side's Europa League tie at the Estadio do Dragao in February.

The control and disciplinary body of UEFA were expected to consider the matter on Thursday.

However, they have now confirmed that the findings will be published next week.
