Team News: Bafetimbi Gomis fit to start against Manchester City

Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomes starts as Manchester City come to the Liberty Stadium.

Swansea City welcome back Bafetimbi Gomis for their Premier League clash against Manchester City this afternoon.

The striker returned to action with a goalscoring appearance as a substitute in the 1-0 win over Arsenal on Monday night.

However, defender Angel Rangel misses out after picking up an injury against the Gunners and is replaced by Jazz Richards.

City are without French midfielder Samir Nasri, who will miss the final two games of the season because of a groin injury.

Vincent Kompany again finds himself among the City substitutes, but Yaya Toure returns to the lineup after starting the 6-0 win over Queens Park Rangers on the bench.

Swansea City: Fabianski; Richards, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor; Cork, Shelvey, Dyer, Sigurdsson, Montero; Gomis.
Subs: Tremmel, Bartley, Tiendalli, Britton, Grimes, Barrow, Emnes.

Manchester City: Hart; Zabaleta, Demichelis, Mangala, Kolarov; Fernandinho, Milner, Toure, Lampard, Silva; Aguero.
Subs: Caballero, Kompany, Clichy, Jovetic, Dzeko, Navas, Bony.
