Manchester City have rejected transfer enquiries for their midfielder Nigel De Jong, according to Sky Sports News.
The Dutchman has fallen out of favour with Roberto Mancini, losing his place to Yaya Toure and Gareth Barry.
However, it seems that De Jong is still a part of the Blues' future plans, with news that enquiries from Juventus and Galatasary have been rejected. It is also thought that QPR are interested in buying the tenacious midfielder.
The 27-year-old has 18 months left on his contract at the Etihad Stadium and has yet to negotiate a new deal. De Jong has only featured eight times for the Premier League leaders this season, fuelling the rumours that he may be on his way out of the club.
De Jong joined the club in 2009 from German club Hamburg.
