Dirk Kuyt wants to knock Man United out of the FA Cup tomorrow following their Carling Cup win over Man City in the week.

Dirk Kuyt has said that he wants a Manchester double for Liverpool this weekend.

The Reds take on Manchester United in the FA Cup tomorrow after knocking Manchester City out of the Carling Cup with a 3-2 aggregate victory on Wednesday.

"The lads are more than ready for the weekend," Kuyt said.

"It will be great to not only knock City out of the Carling Cup but to then knock United out of the FA Cup.

"We set a benchmark against City. Now we have to play with the same effort and I'm sure we will be fine."

Dutchman Kuyt joined Liverpool from Feyenoord in 2006.
