Harry Maguire has reportedly not joined up with his Manchester United teammates ahead of Sunday's clash with Manchester City.

Harry Maguire's involvement in Sunday's Manchester derby has been thrown into doubt with the Manchester United captain allegedly not meeting up with his teammates on Saturday night.

The England international missed out against Derby County in the FA Cup on Thursday after picking up an ankle injury during a training session 24 hours earlier.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Maguire was not among the players who reported to The Lowry Hotel on Saturday ahead of the clash with Manchester City.

Daniel James was also allegedly not with the main group, but Aaron Wan-Bissaka was spotted despite missing out against Derby due to a back problem.

Maguire, who joined Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side in a world-record move last summer, has started every Premier League match during the 2019-20 campaign.

United are currently seventh in the Premier League table, three points behind fourth-placed Chelsea, who will welcome Everton to Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
