England have confirmed that captain Wayne Rooney and defender Ryan Bertrand missed training on Monday with "minor issues" ahead of Tuesday's friendly against Spain at Wembley.
The Manchester United striker played the full 90 minutes in the Three Lions' 3-0 World Cup qualifying victory over Scotland in London on Friday.
Meanwhile Southampton's Bertrand, who started last month's 2-0 win over Malta, was an unused substitute against Gordon Strachan's side.
England posted tweets saying: "The Three Lions will train at Spurs' Enfield base today. Wayne Rooney and Ryan Bertrand miss the session due to minor issues.
"With only 19 outfield players training, 17-year-old Spurs midfielder Dylan Duncan will join the Three Lions for today's session."
The Spain friendly is interim manager Gareth Southgate's last game in charge of England as per his current arrangement.
