Defender Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has said that he hopes his loan spell at Wolverhampton Wanderers will lead to him challenging for a first-team role at Manchester United.
On Monday afternoon, it was announced that the England Under-19 international had signed a season-long deal with the Championship outfit and the left-back has admitted that he is looking to impress Jose Mourinho during his time at Molineux.
The 19-year-old told the club's YouTube channel: "My aim is to come here, play as many games as I can and gain as much experience as I can but I hope to go back there and challenge for a spot in the team because Mourinho has told me that I have a future there.
Last season, Borthwick-Jackson made 14 appearances in the first team at Old Trafford.
