Manchester United defender Phil Jones believes that the English champions are building momentum in both the Premier League and the Champions League.
The North-West outfit have snatched two domestic victories on the bounce, their latest being a 3-1 victory over Fulham at Craven Cottage.
The Red Devils have also fared well in Europe by clinching a 1-0 win over Real Sociedad, with the reverse fixture in Spain awaiting on Tuesday.
"We said about a month ago that we needed to go on a run in the league and pick up some points, and also go on a run in the cup and do well in the Champions League," Jones told the club's official website.
"We're slowly starting to get some momentum going and we hope we can carry that on in the Champions League on Tuesday."
United are currently eighth in the league table.
