Jose Mourinho refused to answer a reporter on Monday when asked if Pep Guardiola's imminent arrival at Manchester City has given him encouragement that he could be on his way to Manchester United.
The Portuguese coach, who has spent five years of his career in the Premier League, has been out of work since getting sacked by Chelsea in December.
The 53-year-old has been linked with United due to the uncertainty surrounding Louis van Gaal's future at Old Trafford, and following the announcement on Monday that Guardiola will take charge of City on a three-year deal this summer, there have been suggestions that Mourinho could rival the Spaniard at United.
While at Gianni Infantino's FIFA press conference at Wembley, Mourinho was asked by Sky News reporter Paul Kelso if he 'fancied' the United job, but the Portuguese coach remained quiet and just shook his head.
Kelso posted a short video on Twitter of Mourinho dodging the question.
