PSV Eindhoven Cody Gakpo refuses to rule out a move to Manchester United after previously being linked with a move to the Red Devils in the summer transfer window.

Netherlands international Cody Gakpo has refused to rule out a potential transfer to Manchester United.

The PSV Eindhoven player was linked with a move to the Premier League in the summer after attracting interest from Man United, Southampton and Leeds United.

While a transfer never materialised in the summer, a recent report claimed that the Red Devils have reached an agreement in principle to sign the Dutchman.

Gakpo is currently representing the Netherlands at the World Cup, where he has scored in both of his country's opening two games.

When questioned on his club future in a press conference in Qatar, the 23-year-old said: "I'm focused now on the World Cup. It's always nice to hear [transfer rumours] but I just focus here and do my best.

"I don't get shy about the rumours. But it's a team sport, it's not about one person. I prefer it to be about the team. It's nice things that people write, but I'm not too concerned with that.

"Right now I'm busy with the Dutch team. I'll see what happens in the winter. In football, anything is possible."

Gakpo has registered 55 goals and 50 assists in 159 appearances for PSV and his current contract is set to expire in June 2026.
