Real Madrid are reportedly confident of winning the race to sign Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba.
The World Cup winner and his agent Mino Raiola have both acknowledged that they are looking to agree a transfer away from Old Trafford this summer.
Pogba would allegedly prefer to return to Juventus, having initially left the Serie A champions back in 2016, although it appears that Real are refusing to give up on the 26-year-old.
According to the Daily Mail, Real feel that the playmaker will eventually turn down the opportunity to spend another period in Italy, instead opting to play under Zinedine Zidane at Los Blancos.
The report adds that Real are attempting to engineer the departure of James Rodriguez in order to fund an official approach for Pogba.
Despite the constant speculation, Pogba still features on United's pre-season tour to Australia and Asia.
