Manchester United could move for Barcelona attacker Antoine Griezmann this summer, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly considering a move for Barcelona attacker Antoine Griezmann.

The France international has scored 35 times and registered 17 assists in 99 appearances for the Catalan giants since arriving from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2019.

Griezmann scored 20 times and provided 13 assists in 51 outings for Barcelona last term, but the attacker still largely struggled to show his best form for Ronald Koeman's side.

The La Liga giants are under pressure to reduce their wage bill due to their financial issues, and there have been suggestions that Griezmann could move on this summer.

According to Sport, Man United are keeping a close eye on the developments at Camp Nou and could make an attempt to sign the forward during this summer's transfer window.

The Frenchman could potentially be available on loan, with Chelsea also linked, but Manchester City are not believed to be interested in signing him.

The 20-time English champions are closing in on a deal for Jadon Sancho and are believed to be making strong progress in their pursuit of Real Madrid's Raphael Varane.
