Miranda: 'I'm not leaving Atletico Madrid'

Miranda dismisses suggestions that he will leave Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window.

Miranda has reassured the supporters of Atletico Madrid that he will not be leaving the Spanish champions this summer.

Barcelona were believed to be planning an offer for Miranda, while Louis van Gaal was reportedly considering making an offer as he looks to add options to his Manchester United defence.

However, Miranda has committed his future to Atletico by dismissing the possibility of securing a move away from the Vicente Calderon in the current window.

"Don't worry, I'm staying," is quoted as saying by Marca.

The Brazilian made 32 appearances in La Liga last season as Atletico lifted their first league title since 1996.
