Paris Saint-Germain pull out of the running for Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea, according to a report.

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly pulled out of the running for Manchester United's David de Gea.

De Gea's contract at United will expire next summer and PSG have been strongly linked with a swoop for the goalkeeper, who has recently lost his position as Spain's number one.

However, according to The Sun, the French champions are now lining up a £60m move for AC Milan stopper Gianluigi Donnarumma, effectively ending their interest in De Gea.

The Red Devils goalkeeper is reportedly holding off on signing fresh teams due to United's struggles in recent seasons, while his wage demands are also believed to be an issue.

PSG were seemingly prepared to wait until next summer to sign De Gea on a free transfer.

However, the Spaniard's form dipped in the second half of the 2018-19 campaign and the French champions could now attempt to land Donnarumma as their new number one.
