Raphael Varane has been pictured in Manchester but will have to wait until after Saturday's clash with Leeds United to make his debut for Manchester United.
The Red Devils agreed a fee with Real Madrid for the transfer of the France international at the end of July, but he has still not been officially announced by the 20-time English champions as a new signing.
Head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed on Friday that a deal for the World Cup winner is not yet complete, meaning that he will not be able to feature against Leeds in Man United's Premier League opener.
In pictures taken by Manchester Evening News photographers, Varane was seen stopping at a petrol station in Alderley Edge, Cheshire on Friday afternoon.

The 28-year-old could potentially make his debut for the English club in their second match of the 2021-22 Premier League season, which comes away to Southampton on August 22.
Jadon Sancho, though, is in line to make his first appearance for Solskjaer's side against Leeds.
