Video: Radamel Falcao scores for Colombia

Watch Radamel Falcao score his first international goal since suffering a knee ligament injury that ruled him out of the World Cup.

Radamel Falcao scored his first goal for Colombia in almost a year during last night's 3-0 win over El Salvador.

The Manchester United loanee, who missed his nation's World Cup campaign because of a knee ligament injury, broke the deadlock in the opening exchanges when he headed in from 12 yards out.

Carlos Bacca added the South American nation's other two goals shortly after the restart.
