Denmark coach Morten Olsen says that the Netherlands are the better team ahead of their Group B opener in Kharkiv.

Denmark coach Morten Olsen has admitted that he is jealous of the talent Bert Van Marwijk has at his disposal.

Olsen is preparing his side to face the Netherlands in Kharkiv and said that they are playing against a better team.

However, the 62-year-old has promised the Danish fans that they will give their all against the Oranje.

"We can say we are a little jealous of the Dutch team, that we are not in their shoes," said Olsen. "They are the favourites. There is no doubt about that.

"Everything has already been said and written. They are a good team in all positions, and on the bench as well, they are filled with great quality.

"We are playing against a better team. That's the realistic situation but it doesn't mean we will throw the towel in. Of course we would like to be the favourites because that means you are the better team."

Olsen has been in charge of Denmark since 2000.
