The Netherlands and Germany battle it out for three points in a highly-anticipated Group B clash tomorrow evening.

Two of the favourites to win Euro 2012, Germany and the Netherlands, go head to head in a mouth-watering Group B clash tomorrow.

The Dutch team will be desperate to get points on the board following their shock 1-0 defeat to Denmark on Saturday, which pushed the Danes to the top of the group with maximum points.

Meanwhile, Germany can add to their winning run following their 1-0 win over Portugal at the weekend, furthering the national side's chances of a place in the quarter-finals.

The Netherlands have received a boost on the injury front with defender Joris Mathijsen expected to return to the lineup after recovering from a hamstring problem.

Influential playmaker Wesley Sneijder is likely to start for the Dutch side, despite picking up a slight knock in the team's defeat to the Danes, while Klaas-Jan Huntelaar may receive a spot up front at the expense of Robin van Persie, who struggled to open the deadlock on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Germany manager Joachim Low could tinker slightly with his starting XI with Marco Reus, Mario Gotze and Andre Schurrle all in contention for spots on the pitch.

Current form:

Netherlands: LWLWWL
Germany: DWLLWW

Possible starting lineups:

Netherlands: Stekelenburg; Van der Wiel, Heitinga, Mathijsen, Willems; De Jong, Van Bommel; Robben, Sneijder, Afellay; Huntelaar

Germany: Neuer; Boateng, Hummels, Badstuber, Lahm; Khedira, Schweinsteiger; Muller, Ozil, Schurrle; Gomez

Sports Mole says: 2-2
