Norwich City manager Alex Neil has aired his frustration at the club's lack of movement in the transfer window to date.
The Canaries have so far brought in two fresh faces this summer, signing Youssouf Mulumbu and Graham Dorrans from West Bromwich Albion.
Neil admits that he would have liked to have completed more business by this point, while suggesting that matters are currently out of his hands as Norwich prepare for their first campaign back in the Premier League.
"You always want to do business by this stage but there's certainly reasons behind us not having done business and I'd go as far as saying the reasons behind that aren't due to us," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
Norwich defeated Middlesbrough 2-0 in the Championship playoff final last season to book their place in the top flight.
