Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero insists that the players should be blamed for Queens Park Rangers's poor form and not manager Mark Hughes.

Queens Park Rangers midfielder Esteban Granero believes that manager Mark Hughes is the best coach that the club could have.

The West London outfit are yet to win a league game and sit at the bottom of the Premier League table, but Granero has insisted that the players should take the blame.

"We're the ones who have to improve because the manager is great," Goal.com quotes Granero as saying. "We all support the manager. We know he's the best manager we can possibly have. Most of the losses, for sure, are not his fault. It is our fault - the footballers' fault."

Granero moved to Loftus Road from Real Madrid in the summer.
