Preview: Reading vs. Millwall

Sports Mole previews this weekend's Championship encounter between Reading and Millwall at the Madejski Stadium.

Reading have the chance to put pressure on the top three of the Championship table if they take maximum points from their clash against Millwall this weekend.

Nigel Adkins's men have only suffered one defeat in the form of a 2-1 loss to Burnley in their last six fixtures, but they secured a 4-1 win over Doncaster Rovers on Saturday.

At the other end of the pitch, Millwall have not had the best spell due to two defeats in their last three games, but they were able to grab a late 2-2 draw with Queens Park Rangers last weekend.

The last meeting between the two clubs resulted in a 2-1 victory for Reading at The Den, and Millwall have never defeated the Royals in all five of their meetings.

Adam Le Fondre could join Pavel Pogrebnyak up front for the home side, while Millwall could bring Shaun Derry back into the fold following his absence against QPR.
