Casemiro: 'I'll break Douglas Costa in half'

Brazil midfielder Casemiro jokes that he would be willing to break international teammate Douglas Costa "in half" when the pair lock horns in the Champions League.

Brazil midfielder Casemiro has said that he would be willing to break international teammate Douglas Costa "in half" when the pair lock horns in the Champions League next month.

Casemiro and Costa are currently with the Brazil squad preparing for their upcoming international friendlies against Germany and World Cup hosts Russia.

The pair will be rivals in the Champions League in April, however, when Casemiro's Real Madrid team lock horns with Costa's Juventus side for a position in the semi-finals of the Champions League.

"I'll break him in half," Casemiro joked as he spoke to reporters at a press conference.

Brazil will face Russia on Friday afternoon before tackling world champions Germany on Tuesday night.
