Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale only features on the bench for the second leg of the Champions League last-16 tie with Paris Saint-Germain.

Real Madrid forward Gareth Bale has only been named on the bench for the second leg of the Champions League last-16 tie with Paris Saint-Germain.

Bale has netted in two of his last three outings in La Liga, but the Welsh attacker must make do with a place among the replacements with Lucas Vazquez coming back into the team.

Karim Benzema is also named in the side, with Isco only a substitute alongside Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.

As for PSG, Unai Emery brings back all of his key men who were rested against Troyes at the weekend, aside from Neymar who is likely to miss the rest of the season.

Angel Di Maria gets the nod over Julian Draxler to partner Kylian Mbappe and Edinson Cavani in attack, while Marco Verratti and Thiago Motta return to the midfield as the French side attempt to overturn a 3-1 deficit from the first leg.

Paris Saint-Germain: Areola; Alves, Silva, Marquinhos, Izeta; Verratti, Motta, Rabiot; Di Maria, Mbappe, Cavani
Subs: Trapp, Kimpembe, Meunier, Lo Celso, Diarra, Draxler, Pastore

Real Madrid: Navas; Carvajal, Varane, Ramos, Marcelo; Casemiro, Kovacic; Vazquez, Asensio, Ronaldo; Benzema
Subs: Casilla, Nacho, Kroos, Modric, Bale, Hernandez, Isco
