Guillem Balague: 'Cristiano Ronaldo will stay at Real Madrid this summer'

Cristiano Ronaldo will not be leaving Real Madrid this summer, according to respected Spanish journalist Guillem Balague.

Respected Spanish journalist Guillem Balague has said that Cristiano Ronaldo will "100%" remain at Real Madrid this summer.

Speculation has been rife over the last couple of months that the Portuguese wanted to seek pastures new at the end of the season after showing signs of frustration in Spain.

However, Balague has insisted that the Ballon d'Or holder will be a Real Madrid player at the start of the 2015-16 season.

"Ronaldo will be a Real Madrid player next season, 100%," Balague told Sky Sports News.

Ronaldo, who has scored 42 goals in 40 games for his club this season, has been linked with a return to Manchester United.
