Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly on Real Madrid's shortlist as the European champions consider replacing Santiago Solari at the end of the 2018-19 campaign.
Madrid have been damaged by successive home defeats to Barcelona, the first of which dumped them out of the Copa del Rey and the second of which all but ended their already-slim La Liga title hopes.
According to AS, Solari, who replaced Julen Lopetegui earlier this season, must win the Champions League to stand a chance of remaining in charge at the Bernabeu for the 2019-2020 campaign.
Should Solari fail to land the European Cup, the report has claimed that Los Blancos will move for Pochettino, Juventus's Massimiliano Allegri or Germany head coach Joachim Low.
Pochettino's long-term future at Tottenham is far from secure, while Allegri has been tipped to leave his position with Juve at the end of the campaign.
Low has not been in charge of a club side since leaving Austria Vienna in 2004.
