Goals from Jean Christophe Bahebeck and Jeremie Brechet secure a 2-1 win for Troyes away at Rennes in Ligue 1.

Two goals within the opening 27 minutes helped Troyes record a 2-1 win from their trip to Rennes in Ligue 1 this evening.

The away side scored with what was their first meaningful attack of the contest in the fifth minute.

Julien Faussurier swung over a cross and Jean Christophe Bahebeck was on hand to score from close range.

Their advantage was then doubled by Jeremie Brechet, who headed in a lofted pass from Benjamin Nivet.

Julien Feret brought the hosts back into contention in the 31st minute when he kept his cool to score from the penalty spot.

Rennes continued to mount numerous attacks after the restart, but they were unable to force the equaliser as the away side held out for all three points.
