Half-Time Report: Roma come from behind to lead Atalanta BC

Roma lead Atalanta 2-1 at half time, despite conceding inside the opening minute of the Serie A match.

Roma have taken a 2-1 lead into half time of their Serie A match against Atalanta BC, despite having fallen behind inside the opening minute this evening.

It took the home side less than a minute to open the scoring as Cristian Raimondi broke from the kickoff before floating in a high cross for Maximiliano Moralez to curl into the top corner.

Atalanta could have had a second in the 10th minute when Daniele Baselli unleashed a shot from the edge of the box, but he was denied by the crossbar.

The visitors started to see more of the ball as the half progressed, and were back on level terms midway through the period when Adem Ljajic drilled the ball in low from a Miralem Pjanic through ball.

Ljajic turned provider just before the break to give Roma the lead, pulling the ball back for Radja Nainggolan to blast in from the edge of the box and give the visitors the lead.
