Sabadell see off Barcelona B

Sabadell have defeated Barcelona B 2-1 in today's Segunda Division clash at the Estadi de la Nova Creu Alta.

After the first half was on course to end goalless, the home side, based in a suburb of Barcelona, took the lead two minutes before the break through Anibal Zurdo.

Though the visitors pulled a goal back through Jean Marie Dongou just before the hour, Sabadell got themselves back in front courtesy of Juan Jose Collantes, who finished off after good interplay from his teammates.

The Blaugrana tried desperately to claw something back from the game, but resulted only in getting several players booked for unorthodox challenges, Sabadell holding on for the win.
