Sevilla striker Ciro Immobile suffered a broken nose after colliding with goalkeeper Heurelho Gomes in his side's friendly with Watford on Friday evening.
The Italian initially needed oxygen while receiving a neck brace, but the on-loan Borussia Dortmund forward has said that he is "fine".
The 25-year-old took to his official Facebook page to update his fans on his condition.
