Preview: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Everton

Sports Mole previews the Premier League clash between Tottenham Hotspur and Everton.

Tottenham Hotspur host Everton on Sunday afternoon hoping to move ahead of their opponents in the Premier League table.

Spurs have only picked up one point from their last two Premier League fixtures, but three points against the Merseyside outfit will take them into fifth position.

Head coach Tim Sherwood will be without Erik Lamela, Vlad Chiriches and Sandro due to injury, but winger Andros Townsend is back in contention after a hamstring injury.

Everton responded from their heavy defeat to Liverpool with a 2-1 triumph over Aston Villa, and manager Roberto Martinez has received some positive news from the treatment room ahead of his side's trip to White Hart Lane

Striker Romelu Lukaku is several weeks away from a first-team return, but Martinez is able to welcome back attacker Gerard Deulofeu, who had been missing since Christmas.

New signing Lacina Traore could also be available to make his debut after joining the Toffees on loan from Monaco.
