Nathan Oduwa ends Rangers loan spell early to return to Tottenham Hotspur

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Nathan Oduwa returns to the club having ended his season-long loan spell at Rangers early.

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Nathan Oduwa has brought an end to his loan spell at Rangers in order to return to White Hart Lane.

The 19-year-old midfielder had initially been scheduled to spend the entire season at Ibrox, but confirmed today that he has now returned to his parent club.

Oduwa leaves Rangers when they are top of the Scottish Championship table, sitting five points clear of Falkirk.

"My time at Rangers has come to an end, but I'll like to thank everyone associated with Rangers for making me feel at home both on & off the field," Oduwa posted on social media.

"I wanna wish the players good luck for the rest off the season & hope they get Rangers back to the Scottish Premiership."

Oduwa made 19 appearances during his loan stint at Ibrox, the most recent of which was against Falkirk on December 19.
