The 18-year-old has made three appearances for Juve's senior side this term after impressing for the Under-23s.
Dragusin, yet to be capped at senior international level by Romania, is into the final six months of his contract.
According to Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari, Spurs are looking into signing the youngster as a long-term option for Jose Mourinho at centre-back.
