Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly ready to push ahead with a £30m offer for Barcelona midfielder Andre Gomes.
The Portugal international has been a regular for the Toffees over the past six months, featuring in 27 of their matches since arriving on loan from Barcelona.
Gomes is due to return to Camp Nou in the summer, but Barca are believed to be willing to cash in on the 25-year-old if the right amount is offered.
According to The Telegraph, Tottenham could be ready to swoop by making a substantial bid for the Benfica academy product, making him their third-most expensive signing of all time.
Barcelona parted with close to £50m to sign Gomes from Valencia in 2016, but he failed to make the grade at Camp Nou and is not part of Ernesto Valverde's plans.
