Carlos Carvalhal has insisted that Swansea City "deserved a little bit more" from their Premier League meeting with Chelsea.
The Swans remained in the match throughout but could not recover from Cesc Fabregas's fourth-minute goal, leaving them just one point above the dropzone.
City boss Carvalhal says that he will take plenty of positives into the final three games of the season, however, as he feels that his side were hard done by in their 1-0 loss to the Blues.
"We played against a strong team," he told BT Sport. "After putting more players in attack we had chances to win the game. We had a penalty, in my opinion.
"In general, we played with quality with the positions that we have. We have emotional control, because we move the ball and never play long balls.
"We try to move the ball right, left, but it's not easy against Chelsea because they are a strong and physical organisation. We deserved a little bit more, but the performance gives us confidence."
Swansea travel to Bournemouth next weekend, before back-to-back home games against fellow strugglers Southampton and Stoke City to see out the season.
