Mauricio Pellegrino will reportedly be named the new manager of Valencia at the end of the season.

Former Valencia defender Mauricio Pellegrino will reportedly replace Unai Emery as manager at the Mestalla.

The club's current boss, Emery, is expected to depart the Spanish outfit at the end of the season, and according to Cadena COPE, an agreement is already in place for the Argentine.

Pellegrino served as assistant boss to Rafa Benitez at Liverpool, but has yet to hold the position as the main coach.

Pellegrino gained three international caps for Argentina.
