Valencia have reportedly made an enquiry to sign Leicester City attacker Tom Lawrence on loan in January.
The 21-year-old, who is currently in the middle of a loan stint with Blackburn Rovers, is well known to Valencia coach Phil Neville from their time together at Manchester United.
According to the Daily Mail, Neville has informed head coach Nuno Espirito Santo that the Welshman would be the ideal player to provide cover in the forward positions for the second half of the season.
However, the report adds that the La Liga outfit could face competition for Lawrence's services from Premier League duo Bournemouth and Swansea City.
The winger is due to return to Leicester from his spell with Blackburn on January 3.
