Jonas Olsson continues comeback from injury

Jonas Olsson continues his recovery from an Achilles injury by playing 90 minutes for West Bromwich Albion's reserve side.

West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson completed 90 minutes of a reserve match last night as he continues his comeback from an Achilles injury.

The Swede underwent surgery to correct the problem just before Christmas, which kept him sidelined for a number of weeks.

However, the 31-year-old is now closing in on a return to senior action, having played for the entirety of the Birmingham Senior Cup semi-final against Hednesford Town.

Sebastien Pocognoli, Cristian Gamboa and Jason Davidson also turned out at Keys Park, where the Baggies won 1-0.
