Team News: Two changes for AC Milan, four for Cagliari

AC Milan make two changes to their lineup for their Serie A clash against Cagliari.

AC Milan have made two changes from the team that lost 2-1 to Fiorentina five days ago for their Serie A clash against Cagliari.

Michael Essien and Giacomo Bonaventura are dropped and replaced by Nigel de Jong and Andrea Poli. On-loan striker Mattia Destro leads the line for Filippo Inzaghi's side.

Cagliari make four changes from last week's draw with Empoli as Alejandro Gonzalez, Danilo Avelar, Albin Ekdal and Cristian Zapata come into the team, replacing Antonio Balzano, Nicola Murru, Daniele Dessena and Joao Pedro.

AC Milan: Lopez; Abate, Mexes, Paletta, Antonelli; Poli, De Jong, van Ginkel; Honda, Destro, Menez

Cagliari: Brkic; Gonzalez, Ceppitelli, Diakite, Avelar; Ekdal, Crisetig, Zapata; M'Poku, Sau, Farias
