Arsenal outcast Mesut Ozil reportedly believes that he will still be able to secure a move to another top European club despite being frozen out in North London.
The ex-Germany international has been left out of Mikel Arteta's Premier League and Europa League squads - a decision which has raised eyebrows given Arsenal's distinct lack of creativity at the minute.
However, despite his suboptimal situation at the Emirates Stadium, Ozil is set to stay put in North London until his contract runs out in the summer of 2021.
According to The Mirror, Ozil still holds the belief that he can seek out an attractive move to another European club, although the playmaker would reportedly have to take a substantial pay cut for that to happen.
The report claims that Ozil could very well remain in the Premier League, but a move to Spain, Italy or the MLS could also be a realistic option for the 32-year-old in the not-so-distant future.
Ozil has registered 44 goals in 254 matches for the Gunners since his 2013 arrival from Real Madrid.
