Everton's Seamus Coleman has lavished praise on manager Roberto Martinez, attributing his good form this season to his coach's tutelage.
The Irishman said that he has drawn confidence from the Spaniard's positive attitude, which has help him perform well on the pitch.
"He is a very positive character and I think we all feed off that," Coleman told the Daily Star. "As players you like to be confident and then, when you go out on a Saturday, he encourages you to do things.
"If it does not come off, it is not like he is going to give you a blasting on the sidelines, he will encourage you to do it again.
"Saying that, if you are not performing he will let you know about it."
Everton are in Premier League action on Sunday when they take on Arsenal at Goodison Park.
