Report: Everton plotting late move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic

A report claims that Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic is a possible target for Everton ahead of Monday evening's transfer cut-off point.

Everton are plotting a deadline-day move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, according to a report.

The Toffees are said to be eager to strengthen out wide before Monday night's deadline, with Bernard expected to depart for Dubai-based Al Nasr in a £9m deal.

Football Insider claims that Perisic has emerged as a realistic option for Carlo Ancelotti's men, despite being used fairly regularly by Inter this term.

The Croatia international has started half of the Italian side's 20 Serie A games in 2020-21 and featured a further eight times from the bench.

Inter are looking to balance their books, though, and would supposedly welcome a bid from Everton.

Everton have yet to bring in any new signings in the January window, while five players have been shipped out on loan.
