Juventus are allegedly becoming 'irritated' with midfielder Sami Khedira's refusal to sign for a new club.

Juventus are reportedly growing increasingly frustrated with Sami Khedira's refusal to sign for a new club.

As a result of the first-team squad being well-populated with central midfielders, Juventus are happy for the German to leave before the end of the summer transfer window.

However, there have been suggestions that Khedira has turned down a number of opportunities, with Wolverhampton Wanderers, Besiktas and Fenerbahce allegedly among the teams who have missed on the 32-year-old.

According to Calciomercato.com, Juventus have become 'irritated' with the player, who still has two years remaining on his contract.

The report adds that Khedira had been hoping to join Arsenal, although it soon materialised that the Gunners had been prioritising other areas of the pitch before Thursday's deadline.

Juventus could now offer Khedira a mutual termination of his deal in a bid to get him off the wage bill.
