Liverpool and Everton are reportedly among a host of clubs that are interested in signing wantaway Inter Milan forward Luc Castaignos.

Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton are reportedly preparing to battle it out for the signature of Inter Milan forward Luc Castaignos.

The 19-year-old Netherlands youth international has said that he expects to leave the San Siro this summer, after making just six Serie A appearances last season.

New Reds boss Brendan Rodgers and his Toffees counterpart David Moyes are both very interested in Castaignos and are planning loan bids for the player, according to The Mirror.

Newcastle United and West Ham United are also said to be considering moves for the former Feyenoord hitman.
