Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko believes that Wigan Athletic will provide tough opposition in Saturday's FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium.

Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has insisted that Wigan Athletic will prove difficult to beat during Saturday's FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium.

The Blues, who won the tournament in 2011, have been installed as firm favourites going into the match against the Premier League strugglers.

"I think everyone expects us to win it easily but I don't think it will be easy," Dzeko is quoted as saying by talkSPORT. "Wigan are not a bad team like the table shows. It will be a good game.

"They have a good team with a good manager and they always try to play. I think they're good for football and the Premier League."

City have won both of their league encounters with Wigan this season.
