Manchester United have reportedly stepped up their efforts to offload Casemiro this month.
The Brazilian made his first appearance for the Red Devils in exactly a month on Thursday night, when the English giants won in the Europa League at FCSB.
Casemiro has failed to make an impact at the Theatre of Dreams under the stewardship of Ruben Amorim, who replaced Erik ten Hag in November.
The 32-year-old last played in the Premier League on December 30, when a much-changed Red Devils outfit were silenced 2-0 at home by Newcastle United.
Since making the high-profile switch from Real Madrid to Old Trafford during the summer of 2022, Casemiro has played 106 times for United, scoring 15 goals.

Man United contact 'several agents' over Casemiro exit
According to Manchester Evening News, Manchester United are stepping up their efforts to offload Casemiro before the end of the current window.
The report states that the Red Devils are in contact with several agents who could assist the English club in parting ways with the midfielder.
It is understood that Amorim's men are actively pursuing potential suitors for Casemiro, whose influence is beginning to wane at Old Trafford.
It is believed that Man United are working with intermediaries in order to find a club who are willing to bring the Brazilian into their ranks.
With January nearly at its end, the Red Devils have until 11pm on Monday, February 3 to offload Casemiro, or he will be stuck at the club for the remainder of the term.

Casemiro's Man United situation
Casemiro made his maiden appearance of the new calendar year on Thursday night, although he only managed 18 minutes off the bench in Romania.
Amorim only felt comfortable to introduce the five-time Champions League winner once the Red Devils were two goals ahead in the Europa League contest.
A damning representation of the situation at Old Trafford, 21-year-old Toby Collyer started ahead of Casemiro alongside Bruno Fernandes in the engine room last time out.
