Manchester United have reportedly agreed a deal for Sporting Lisbon teenager Geovany Quenda, with the Portugal international set to make the move to Old Trafford during this summer's transfer window.
The 17-year-old has been a standout performer for Sporting during the 2024-25 campaign, making 34 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice and registering six assists in the process.
Quenda's breakthrough into the Sporting first team came under Ruben Amorim, and it is understood that the latter made it clear upon his arrival at Old Trafford that he wanted to sign the Portuguese next summer.
According to A Bola, Man United have a deal in place for the youngster, with the overall package worth in the region of €60m (£50m).
A number of other clubs are believed to be keen on Quenda, but Amorim's influence has seemingly helped the Red Devils secure a deal for one of the best young talents in world football.

Quenda came through the Sporting academy as an attacker, but he was converted into a wing-back by Amorim.
The youngster primarily operated down the right during his time under the now Man United head coach, but he has shown his versatility by featuring down the left of late, and he provided two assists from that area in Sporting's recent clash with Vitoria de Guimaraes.
Quenda has a contract in Lisbon until June 2027, but Sporting have allegedly accepted that he will be leaving during this summer's transfer window, and it would be a major signing for Man United considering the interest in his services.
In total, he has made 34 appearances for Sporting, scoring twice and registering six assists in the process, while he is expected to be a starter for Portugal at the 2026 World Cup.

Which other Sporting players could Man United sign this summer?
Viktor Gyokeres is believed to be Man United's leading striker target for this summer, with the Sweden international starring during his time in Portugal, scoring 34 times in 33 appearances this season.
The 26-year-old's release clause is around £83m, but it is believed that he could be signed for a fee in the region of £55m this summer due to a gentleman's agreement with the Green and Whites.
There have also previously been suggestions of interest in the likes of Ousmane Diomande, Goncalo Inacio, Morten Hjulmand and Pedro Goncalves, but Quenda and Gyokeres are believed to be the leading targets from Sporting.
Man United are also working to boost their squad before the end of the January transfer window, with Patrick Dorgu's move from Lecce set to be confirmed by the end of the weekend, while the club are also working on a deal for Bayern Munich's Mathys Tel.
