Borussia Dortmund, RB Leipzig chasing Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey?

Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig may reportedly move for Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey during the next transfer window.

Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey is reportedly attracting interest from Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.

Despite being part of a defence which has conceded 61 goals from 33 matches in the Premier League this season, the centre-back's stock remains high within the transfer market.

Although the likes of Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with the 22-year-old in the past, it appears that clubs in Germany are also weighing up an approach.

According to The Sun, Dortmund and Leipzig may be prepared to pay in the region of £25m for Godfrey.

Both clubs have a recent history of signing young English players, who in turn feel that they may get more opportunities at bigger clubs in the Bundesliga.

While Godfrey effectively has four years remaining on his contract, the Canaries will likely be open to a sale if they are relegated to the Championship.
