Preview: Nottingham Forest vs. Huddersfield Town

Sports Mole takes a peek at Nottingham Forest's opening match of the Championship season against Huddersfield Town.

Nottingham Forest will get their Championship campaign underway against Huddersfield Town at the City Ground looking for a repeat of their 6-1 victory in February.

Manager Billy Davies has a fully fit squad to choose from, which consists of seven new players, including former Queens Park Rangers forward Jamie Mackie and American defender Eric Lichaj.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Hogg and Martin Paterson are in line to make their first start for the Terriers, and Jon Stead is back at the club nine years after leaving for Blackburn Rovers.

Manager Mark Robins will be without the injured Anthony Gerrard, Calum Woods, Keith Southern and Anton Robinson as he embarks on his first full season in charge.

Possible lineups:

Forest: Al Rashidi; Jara, Lichaj, Hobbs, Collins; Guedioura, Lansbury, Reid, Majewski; Mackie, Cox

Huddersfield: Smithies; Dixon, Clarke, Lynch, Hunt; Hogg, Gobern, Hammill, Higginbotham; Vaughan, Paterson

Sports Mole says: 3-0
