The 30-year-old has been linked with a move away from Turin in recent months after falling down the pecking order under Massimiliano Allegri.
According to L'Equipe, the Spaniard will seal a transfer to the Gunners next week for a fee of £8.56m.
Llorente scored nine goals for Juventus last season.
