Report: Aston Villa want Sebastian Blanco

A report claims that Aston Villa want to sign Metalist Kharkiv midfielder Sebastian Blanco.

Aston Villa are reportedly interested in signing Metalist Kharkiv midfielder Sebastian Blanco.

The 26-year-old has been with Metalist since 2011, making more than 100 league appearances for the Ukrainian outfit.

However, it is understood that the Argentine wants to seek pastures new this summer.

According to the Daily Mail, Villa are interested in the attacking midfielder's services and could make an official offer this week.

Blanco has made two appearances for his country.
